What we do with the information you share with us, in a few lines, in accordance with the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector.
- Your contact details are used only to answer your request.Name, email, phone and message go to the store you choose, and nowhere else. We do not sell or rent your information.
- No newsletter without your consent.Writing to a store does not sign you up for anything. You will only receive commercial communications if you expressly ask for them.
- The form saves nothing on our side.It opens your email app: the message leaves from your own mailbox, and only the recipient store keeps it, for the time needed to reply.
- Access, correction or removal: upon simple request.Write to the person in charge of the protection of personal information, Laval store: info.laval@bonprixelectromenagers.com. Response within 30 days, as provided by law.
- Chat.The messages written in the chat window and a conversation identifier kept on your device are used to reply to you and to pick up the conversation where you left off.
- Cookies: only for the site to work and for anonymous traffic measurement. No targeted advertising, no profiling.
