The manufacturer covers manufacturing defects and sagging beyond its tolerance: 5 years (Levis, prorated), 10 years (Impulsion, Essentiel, Ricardo), 15 years (Legacy), from delivery. The warranty is void if the mattress is stained, soiled or unsanitary, or if it has been folded, wet or used without proper support. The Québec legal warranty (Consumer Protection Act) always applies in addition.

No. The mattress unrolls in a few minutes and regains its full shape within 24 hours. The construction, pocket coils and warranty are the same as a mattress delivered flat; it’s simply easier to take home in a car.
No, it isn’t required and you can bring your own. We strongly recommend it: a stain voids the manufacturer’s warranty and the comfort exchange. The Québec legal warranty always applies.
The manufacturer’s warranty is void and the comfort exchange is no longer possible: it’s a condition of the manufacturer’s warranty, and the reason for the mattress protector. The Québec legal warranty (Consumer Protection Act) always applies.
$60 for delivery to your bedroom within 30 km of one of our stores; BonPrix rates apply beyond that. Pickup and recycling of your old mattress: $25. A size not kept in stock takes 7 to 10 days.
Yes. All 5 mattresses are rolled and fit in most cars; taking it home is free on the day of purchase, depending on store stock. Impulsion, Essentiel, Ricardo and Legacy are also on display so you can try them first.
Manufacturer’s warranty: 5 years prorated for the Levis, 10 years for the Impulsion, Essentiel and Ricardo, 15 years for the Legacy, from delivery. It is void if the mattress is stained or soiled. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, including the warranty of reasonable durability, apply in addition and are never excluded.
Sleep on it for at least 30 nights. If the feel isn’t right for you, exchange it once for another model in the range, up to the 100th night. Allow $79 for transport plus any price difference. This is an exchange, not a refund; a stained or soiled mattress cannot be exchanged.
