744 coils, each sewn into its own pocket: they work one by one. When one of you moves, the other feels it less.

Delivery and 100 nights
It’s all in writing. Nothing is hidden.

The manufacturer’s warranty covers manufacturing defects and sagging beyond its tolerance: 5 years (Levis, prorated), 10 years (Impulsion, Essentiel, Ricardo), 15 years (Legacy), from delivery. The warranty is void if the mattress is stained, soiled or unsanitary, or if it has been folded, wet or used without proper support. The Québec legal warranty (Consumer Protection Act) always applies in addition.
After at least 30 nights and up to the 100th night after delivery, you can exchange your mattress once for another model in the range. $79 transport fee; any price difference is payable. A stained or soiled mattress cannot be exchanged. This is an exchange, not a refund.
It’s sold separately and you can bring your own. We strongly recommend it, because a stain voids both the manufacturer’s warranty and the comfort exchange. The Québec legal warranty always applies.
In-room delivery for $60 within 30 km, timing confirmed at purchase (BonPrix rates beyond that). All 5 mattresses are rolled: take yours home for free on the day of purchase. Old mattress pickup and recycling: $25. Allow 7 to 10 days for a size not in stock.
Clear mattress price, before taxes, with no struck-through or “reference” price. Delivery and old mattress pickup are optional services, shown before you buy. Current promotions are dated and posted in store.

Québec’s legal warranty applies on top. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act add to the warranties above, including the warranty of reasonable durability (sections 37 and 38). No clause limits them.

Waterproof mattress protector
Recommended: a stained mattress loses the exchange and the manufacturer’s warranty (the Québec legal warranty always applies). Sold separately, not required; you can bring your own.
Box spring
The warranty requires proper support. Ask in store: we’ll check with you what works with your current base.
Pickup + recycling
Your old mattress is picked up at delivery and recycled.
